MineCalo is a nutrition and calorie tracking app that estimates calorie and macronutrient needs, logs meals, and (optionally) uses AI to analyze food photos and answer nutrition questions. It is a tracking and estimation tool, not a medical device.
MineCalo does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Calorie targets, AI food estimates, and coaching responses are approximations and may be inaccurate. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet or exercise, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have a history of disordered eating.
You sign in with your Apple ID or Google account. You're responsible for keeping that account secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts used to abuse the service (e.g., automated scripting of the AI endpoints).
MineCalo Premium is an auto-renewable subscription billed through your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device. Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policies — we cannot issue refunds directly.
AI-powered features (food photo analysis, AI coach) are rate-limited on the free tier and have a higher, still-bounded limit on Premium, to keep the service sustainable for everyone. We may adjust these limits.
Don't use MineCalo to upload content you don't have the right to share, to attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the service, or for any unlawful purpose.
MineCalo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on AI-generated nutrition estimates.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
